General Questions
Who are your classes for?
Our classes are designed for expectant parents, partners, grandparents, and anyone who wants to feel more prepared for pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and the postpartum period. Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or adding to your family, you’re welcome here.
When should I register for classes?
We recommend enrolling between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy. This allows plenty of time to complete the series before your baby’s arrival. However, families at any stage of pregnancy are welcome if space is available.

Our four-week series covers labor and birth, comfort measures, medical interventions, informed decision-making, partner support, postpartum recovery, and the transition into life with your newborn.

No. We provide evidence-based education for all birth experiences. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, cesarean birth, or you’re still deciding, our goal is to help you understand your options and make informed decisions.
Will we practice labor positions and comfort techniques?
Yes! Our classes include demonstrations and opportunities to practice comfort measures, breathing techniques, movement, and partner support strategies.
Virtual Class Questions
Are classes offered virtually?
Yes! Live virtual classes are interactive, allowing you to ask questions, participate in discussions, and practice techniques from the comfort of your home.
Do I need any special equipment?
No special equipment is required. For some classes, we may recommend having a pillow, blanket, or exercise ball available for practicing comfort measures, but these are optional.
Will I receive class materials?
Yes. Participants receive digital resources and printable handouts to reference throughout pregnancy and after their baby arrives.
