Childbirth Class
$225 per couple
Our signature class provides a comprehensive look at labor, birth, and early postpartum recovery. You and your support person will learn what to expect, how to make informed decisions, and how to feel more confident as your birth unfolds.
In-Person classes are held at “The Lottie” – 2851 Joe DiMaggio Blvd, Suite 22, Round Rock, TX 78665

Breastfeeding and Newborn Feeding support
$85 per couple
This supportive, practical class helps you prepare for feeding your baby with confidence. Whether you plan to breastfeed, pump, or combine feeding methods, you’ll leave with helpful tools and realistic expectations.
Includes:
- Latch and positioning basics
- Feeding cues and newborn behavior
- Milk supply education
- Pumping and milk storage
- Returning to work planning
- Partner support in feeding success
New Dad / Partner Class
$90 per couple (or $65 per individual participant)
Designed specifically for fathers and partners, this class focuses on practical skills, emotional preparation, and how to confidently support both baby and mom during birth and beyond.
Includes:
- What to expect during labor and delivery
- How to support your partner effectively
- Newborn care basics (diapering, soothing, sleep)
- Bonding and confidence-building with baby
- Postpartum support for mom and family
- Adjusting to life with a newborn
Grandparent Refresher Class
$75 per couple (or $50 per individual participant)
A warm, welcoming class designed to update grandparents on current newborn care recommendations and help strengthen family support during the postpartum period.
Includes:
- Updated newborn care and safety guidelines
- Safe sleep practices
- Feeding updates (breastfeeding, pumping, formula)
- Soothing and newborn behavior
- Supporting new parents without overwhelm
- Strengthening family communication and roles
The 4th Trimester: Preparing for Life After Birth
$75 per couple (includes mother and one support person)
The first weeks after bringing your baby home can be beautiful, exhausting, emotional, and full of change. The 4th Trimester class is designed to help expecting parents feel more prepared for what happens after the birth — from physical recovery and newborn adjustment to feeding, sleep, mental wellness, and navigating your new roles as parents.
Led by an experienced Labor & Delivery and Postpartum RN, this practical and supportive class goes beyond the basics to help you create realistic expectations and a plan for the early postpartum weeks.
Includes:
- What to expect during postpartum recovery
- Vaginal and Cesarean birth recovery
- Postpartum warning signs and when to seek care
- Emotional changes, baby blues, postpartum depression and anxiety
- Feeding and early breastfeeding expectations
- Newborn sleep and realistic expectations for the first weeks
- Caring for yourself while caring for a newborn
- The partner/support person’s role during postpartum recovery
- Visitors, boundaries, meals and household responsibilities
- Building your postpartum support system
- Preparing for the transition from hospital to home
